And try to go around with 60 dp in hard mode.
I did, then I pop in a powerstone then I (including ALL my other party members) got 10 morale boost. Easy!

Beat the game - No. But you did need a bit of skill to finish something in hard mode.
Not if you have consummables.

Why can't people answer our concern. Which is why a single skill is enough to beat HM. Is it good? ...etc...

And please no more rethoric. Of course UB is stoppable, god-mode is only a metaphore to say it is overpowered. Playing UB is a bit like Using the Nimitz in Flat Top (for those who know this game). Not unstoppable but close to it.

It is the universal solution (well except perhaps one or two boss, even thought I believe that the 2 I think off can be beaten by UB).

Cunsommable have a cost, UB don't. If you are skilled you don't use cunsommables and so earn more. With UB well it is just a free win.

And yes, in HM even if you can try to end it at near -60%, well it become tiedous and can end up lasting more than 4-5h to finish the zone. The possibility to be wipe off or to run out of cunsommable is real.

Plz stop using rethoric and fuzzy logic.

The guy at that begun this post did not use rethoric, he said clearly why he like UB. Do like him, don't try to tell that we are lying, because we are not. It is really what we experienced every day.

And don't use the : "if you don't like UB don't use it" this is like I have to cut myself from an aspect of the game. Some one explain it before, I will not hose to crawl a cliff when there is a stair, well at least not when my goal is to reach the top.

Plz try to address the problem. Which is either an overpowerful skill is Good or not. Trying to say taht it is not overpowered get us nowhere.

I never really thought about it that way, but you make a pretty good point.

Close enough. And if you died in h/h, maybe it was because of bad setup?

No, I mean try going to HM with 60%dp and die one more time. If you really fail this much at Hard Mode to even get 60%, then it just shows you shouldn't play HM.

Yes, consumables (it's one M, not two). Another megafail of Anet.

Good setup is easy to copy from. Heard of sabway? With that setup, plus UB, plus consummables, HM is easy enough to vanquish for most people.

No you wont, like I have said all you need is to pop a powerstone.

On the contrary I vanquished it quite easily thanks to the powerstone.

You forgot that ANet designed this PvE game to be easy on purpose. Otherwise, they wouldn't be giving us all these overpowered items. PvE IS EASY.

What happened to their "skill > time and money" theory?

Ah right, it's broken now.

Anet fails it's pve that is sure. The concepts seem a bit good in pvp thought. Once I discuss with a a guy owning a sport club, I asked him if in sport skill > time and money. He answers no : more time = more training = better skill so in the end the people spending more time trianing become the best (and money = more time to rain...).

It is the same thing for farming. Take a trader on market place, the one spending all his day watching the market and taking opportunity earn more money.

Time at least (money to some extend) will always do a difference, skill will do for people who spend equal time training/farming.

The other point that kill the Skill > time&money is the relative easy and repetable aspect of GW Pve.

You don't die : with time you can pass difficult part, gold will accumulate (if you die for good, then skill is important more than time)

All trap, monster, riddle are fixed : with time you can do and redo quest until you know it by heart and can do with all trick. Again, time beat skill.

and lately : buy GWEN you will get more money and uber powerfull pve skill....
so money beat skill...

I'll continue later
